I had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Airport. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, providing all the information I needed with a smile.

My stay was marred by the unkindness of the staff, who seemed inflexible and unhelpful when I inquired about an accessible room. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged for my 1-year-old baby despite not needing an extra bed. The shuttle service was less than desirable, with the driver being quite rude and dropping us off at the wrong terminal, which was particularly challenging with my elderly mother.

Absolutely loved the local eats! The room was spotlessly clean with a solid shower and free parking was a major win!
